Ingredients: ( 5-7 standard cupcakes)
- 55 gr unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 110 gr sugar
- 1 egg
- 135 gr all-purpose flour
- 60 ml milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 1 :
Preheat oven to 180º C . Put the cupcakes cases on the pan. In a medium bowl sift the flour and the baking powder. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix until incorporated, and also add the vanilla extract ; beat again.
Step 2 :
Add flour mixture and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
Step 3 :
Our mixture is ready, to fill the mould ( only 3/4).
Bake for 20-22 minuts.
I decorated them with choclate buttercream, using 6B Wilton tip.
